Novastrat Lingua Translations is not responsible for any financial loss, negative reviews, or account suspensions due to delayed deliveries on third-party platforms. If you use our services on platforms with strict deadlines, you do so at your own risk.

Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final. Once a deposit is made, it cannot be reversed or refunded. You must use your balance for services provided by Novastrat Lingua Translations, including translations, hosting, and other digital solutions.

By completing a deposit, you agree not to dispute or file a chargeback against us for any reason. If a chargeback or dispute is filed after a deposit, we reserve the right to terminate all future orders and permanently ban your account. Any fraudulent activity, such as using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, will result in account termination without exception.

Free Balance & Coupon Policy

We offer various promotions, including free balances, coupons, and deposit bonuses. However, we reserve the right to review and adjust these offers at our discretion. If any misuse or abuse of promotional credits is detected, we may deduct the corresponding amount from your account.

If your account balance becomes negative due to the deduction of promotional credits, your account will be automatically suspended. To reactivate your account, you must make a custom payment to settle the negative balance.
